662 Fillmore was originally built as the Schreiber Brewery at the turn of the 20th century. Today, it is still a Brewery, owned and operated by The Buffalo Brewing Company. The Buffalo Brewing Company is currently operating out of a newer part of the building and has development plans that include architectural renderings, construction costs, and revenue projections. The project includes millions of dollars in Historic Tax Credits and Brownfield Remediation Tax credits while being in an Opportunity Zone. Buffalo Brewing Company would lease back the first floor while the plan also includes 14 apartments and parking.
