Cozy Minimalism Meets Adventure! Welcome to tiny home living - this newly built cabin sits on the banks of the Independence River and comes furnished with everything you need to move right in. Good things DO come in small packages. The cabin has two loft sleeping spaces, a full bathroom with a composting toilet, a kitchen with propane stove and refrigerator, washer/dryer hookup and closet/storage space. Sit on your front stoop or around the campfire and enjoy the sounds of the Independence River rolling past. On those cool evenings, there is a propane stove for extra warmth. Electricity is currently provided from the neighboring lot. Cabin is wired for hook-up, but will need a connection run to it. The toilet is a composting one with no septic on the property at this time.
