There is a pocket of western Sullivan County, where the hills tighten, the valleys deepen, and the views soar. If you've ever spent time in the Beechwoods district of Callicoon, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Long Meadow is an incredibly rare opportunity to buy an expansive (47 acre) tract with a mix of fields, meadow, woods, and stream frontage in this area. Running west to east, this parcel has a gentle slope down the valley with multiple fields and potential building sites throughout. The options are nearly unlimited for where you could build, or if you're feeling ambitious, the potential for further subdivision could be worth exploring.Less than 10 minutes to both Callicoon and Jeffersonville, the location is unrivaled in the county: peak pastoral beauty and easy access to some of the most desirable towns make for quite the opportunity.
