Opening its doors in August 2013, Tavern 214 in Phoenicia reinvents itself each season with a menu that celebrates the incredible resources of the Catskill Mountains. Owners Peter and Vivian Diaz pride themselves on a strong "farm-to-table" philosophy, an incredible wine list and craft beers and cocktails utilizing the farms, distilleries and breweries of the area as often as possible for sourcing what is served.
