Summer is winding down yet this change of season isn't seeing a decline in fun things to do in the Catskills. With the changing of the leaves comes harvest festivals, a garlic festival, a few Oktoberfest parties, and live music throughout the mountains. We are pleased to announce the official opening of our Walton, NY, office. After celebrating with a grand opening party on August 28th, we are eager to welcome you to our new location. 

Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties took over D.T. Ogden Realty, a company serving Walton since 1892. Agents Todd Ogden, Dave Cromwell, Kim Boldt, Lori Odgen and Dain Hood of D.T. Ogden Realty have joined Coldwell Banker Timberland. A few more agents have joined the team as well. The office welcomes Karissa Payne, Katie Taggart, and Blake Hitt.

Strickland Hollow is a charming and versatile farm, restaurant, distillery, cooking school, and bottle shop located in the greater Delhi area. The farm and distillery are located in the rural town of Meridale, NY, with the restaurant and bottle shop in the heart of the Village of Delhi.
