Delicious potatoes rendered in duck fat, mushrooms simmered in thyme, rosemary, crispy onion, scallions and yuzu, a roast pork sandwich with fennel, anchovy, gochujang, provolone, braised greens, marinated hot peppers and a yuzu aioli, are just a few of the small plates on the menu at the recently opened Hollow cocktail bar and restaurant in Delhi, New York. MUSIC IN THE MOUNTAINS These mountains are a very special place and a very special place for music.
