Urban Cowboy Boutique Hotel Comes to The Catskills
Among some of the world's most anticipated hotels opening in 2020 is the Urban Cowboy Boutique Hotel, situated along Route 28 in Big Indian.
Known for their exquisite, trendy and visually exciting properties in Brooklyn, NY and Nashville, TN, Urban Cowboy is a completely transformed turn-of-the-century lodge nestled on 68 acres of preserved Catskill wilderness with access to the Esopus Creek. Formerly the site of the beloved Alpine Inn, the Urban Cowboy Catskills brings the same level of rich texture, color and opulence to the pristine retreat, which includes 28 rooms plus a freestanding cabin, standalone chalet and multiple log structures. Everything from the ornate vintage furniture, over-the-top wall treatments and breathtaking mountain views makes for luxurious and ultra cozy weekend getaways. Most rooms feature a private deck, fireplace and Japanese soaking tubs, leaving little more for guests to desire.
