Strickland Hollow, an elegant and rustic Restaurant, Bottle Shop, and Cooking School
Strickland Hollow is a charming and versatile farm, restaurant, distillery, cooking school, and bottle shop located in the greater Delhi area. The farm and distillery are located in the rural town of Meridale, NY, with the restaurant and bottle shop in the heart of the Village of Delhi. You may think there is a huge team of people behind this elegant and rustic operation yet most of the work is fulfilled by Jerry and Erica Pellegrino. These two bring their diversified talents and excellent taste to the table, creating an atmosphere that is approachable, yet refined.
The Café at the Tasting Room is open for outdoor and indoor dining four days a week from Wednesday through Saturday. The European inspired dining offers convsera, charcuterie, fresh pasta, house-made sausage, NYS wine and beer, and artisan cocktails. On Wednesday, lunch stops at 4 pm and the restaurant reopens at 5 pm for pizza night. Wednesdays are always bustling, with personal pies and delicious beverages to accompany them.
