New Office in Walton, NY
We are pleased to announce the official opening of our Walton, NY, office. After celebrating with a grand opening party on August 28th, we are eager to welcome you to our new location.
Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties took over D.T. Ogden Realty, a company serving Walton since 1892. Agents Todd Ogden, Dave Cromwell, Kim Boldt, Lori Odgen and Dain Hood of D.T. Ogden Realty have joined Coldwell Banker Timberland. A few more agents have joined the team as well. The office welcomes Karissa Payne, Katie Taggart, and Blake Hitt.
The grand opening, on August 28th, had a fantastic turnout with Mayor Ed Snow, local chamber of commerce members, attorneys, and colleagues. The realty building on 233 Delaware Avenue in Walton, NY, received a facelift with renovations, including technology upgrades and landscaping.
Local agent Stephen Kaminsky graduated from Walton Central School in 2010. He went on to graduate from Saint Bonaventure University and came home to sell real estate with Coldwell Banker. Stephen is happy to have an office in his local community. "Providing the town and region with a Real Estate company that provides the local feel as well as the expertise and worldwide marketing that Coldwell Banker Timberland offers means a lot to me…" said Stephen.
