Bread Alone, A Bakery with a Mission
Bread Alone is a cafe and bakery that got its start in 1983. Throughout the history of the bakery they have embraced changing with the times but have stayed true to their mission of serving healthy and delicious food with attention to the changing climate. And they still use the original brick oven they built in the 1980's!

The cafe in Boiceville, NY, is the site of their original location, though the building received a complete renovation in 2022. They reimagined the space and created a net-zero facility running on 100% renewable resources. Not only is the building impressive and beautiful, but the quality of the locally sourced food and deliciously prepared drinks is impressive as well.
