Livingston Manor welcomes a wonderful new addition to town: Threshold Korean Catskills Kitchen. The restaurant was recently opened by Cam Shaw and close friend Thom Chun after years of dreaming and conspiring about opening a restaurant of their own. Chun, the former chef de cuisine at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Manhattan, brings his expertise to Threshold, crafting unique and flavorful dishes. They pride themselves on making authentic Korean dishes with ingredients sourced as local as possible. Threshold has teamed up with a local farm that will grow Korean vegetables this upcoming season in order for the restaurant to get local produce that aligns with their desired menu. Step inside this stylish new restaurant and enjoy high quality food and beverage, authentic to the owners' Korean upbringings with influence of the surrounding terroir. Learn more about Threshold on their website and Instagram.
