The owners, Kim and Rob Rayevsky, operated Rolling River Cafe Gallery Inn in Parksville from 2008-2018 before opening the kitchen at Upward Brewing Company. The Rayevskys are invested in creating thriving businesses in the area with Double Up being their newest endeavor.
