Each year, maple producers across New York State open their doors for two special weekends, welcoming visitors to experience the magic of maple season. Guests can watch maple-making demonstrations, sample fresh maple products, enjoy pancake breakfasts, and take part in a variety of activities depending on the farm.

Maple Weekend offers a unique chance to learn about the history and traditions of maple production, an industry that makes New York State one of the top three maple-producing states in the country.
