MUSIC IN THE MOUNTAINS These mountains are a very special place and a very special place for music. Hosting continuous summer chamber music festivals each year, the Maverick Concerts continue to honor centuries of world class music deep in the woods of the Catskills. Primarily hosted from the months of June, July and September, the programming offers Sunday chamber music concerts performed by renowned soloists and ensembles. Though through the recent seasons, Jazz and Contemporary music have played a significant role in the event as well.
