One of the best things about October in Upstate, New York, are the pumpkin patches and fall festivities that go along with it. Among the changing leaves are many farmers working away to grow pumpkins and gourds for a colorful fall harvest.
Area farms are hosting harvest themed activities with pumpkin patches, corn mazes, hay rides, food, live music, and more. The following farms will be open through October with festive offerings. Enjoy some time in the crisp fall air picking the perfect pumpkin while sipping on homemade cider.
